Ηe grew up in Paris and studied film and theatre design at the Sorbonne Nouvelle ParisIII. He makes videos that are an integral part of live performances. Since 2003, he has collaborated with Krzysztof Warlikowski for around thirty operas and theatrical creations across Europe. His video creations include Liebeslieder Walzers at the Théâtre royal de la Monnaie, Secret Tears (installation-recital) for La Nuit Blanche in Brussels, Metamorpho- sis and La Voix humaine with Barbara Hannigan as well as Nocturne, cine-recital with the Paris Opera Academy. He has co-written the book Video Art in Opera in Krzysztof Warlikowski’s productions, a monograph with photos and interviews that explores the famous director’s scenic work both from a dramaturgical perspective, revealing how the productions are prepared, and from a technical perspective, narrating key moments in rehearsals. He leads workshops around video art and the stage at the ENSATT (École Nationale Supérieure des Arts et Techniques) in Lyon, France.
