By Car

Plan your route to the SNFCC with directions from key points in Athens.

From Piraeus:
From Piraeus, take Mikras Asias Street towards Kallithea; at the Peace and Friendship Stadium, it becomes Poseidonos Avenue. Exit New Poseidonos Avenue and continue straight onto Old Poseidonos Avenue towards Paleo Faliro. Turn left onto Epameinonda Street, then take the second right onto Peisistratou Street. Continue straight to the junction of Peisistratou and Sachtouri Streets, where you will find the entrance to the SNFCC parking area.

From Athens – Andrea Syggrou Avenue:
Take Syngrou Avenue towards Glyfada – Piraeus. At the end of Syngrou Avenue, where the road splits towards Piraeus and Glyfada, keep left towards Piraeus, then turn right immediately into the SNFCC entrance.

From Poseidonos Avenue / Southern Suburbs
Take Poseidonos Avenue towards Piraeus. At the split with Syngrou Avenue, keep to the left lanes and follow the signs towards Piraeus. Pass under the bridge, continue along Poseidonos Avenue and move into the right lane. Take the first exit on the right, which leads to the SNFCC parking area.

Parking

The SNFCC parking area is open 24 hours a day, with parking fees applying. Before your visit, check the current rates, parking regulations and entry and exit instructions.

Motorcycle charges

SNFCC Members receive a 10% discount on parking fees.

Shuttle Bus

The SNFCC offers a free shuttle bus service connecting the venue with central points in Athens. The departure point is at the bus stop just before the junction of Syntagma Square and Ermou Street.

When access through Syntagma is not possible, the shuttle bus operates only between Syngrou-Fix and the SNFCC, in both directions.

The service is accessible to wheelchair users by prior arrangement. Visitors who wish to use this service are kindly asked to call 216 809 1000 in advance and indicate the route they would like to take.

• Every Sunday, due to the Changing of the Guard, the 11.00 a.m. service departs from Syngrou-Fix instead of Syntagma.
• On 31 December, in addition to the scheduled services, the shuttle bus runs continuously between the SNFCC and Syngrou-Fix, in both directions, from 22.00 to 02.30.
• Services are subject to traffic regulations and may be modified.

The SNFCC offers a range of cafés, restaurants and bars for a coffee, a meal, a drink or a short break before or after the performance. On performance days, the Greek National Opera’s Opera Bars are also open.

The Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center features facilities and services that facilitate access and movement for all visitors throughout the site.
All entrances, elevators, and the Running Track area are accessible to people with disabilities. Accessible parking spaces are available on the ground floor of the parking facility, and wheelchairs are provided for moving around the premises.
Accessible restrooms are available at the Visitor Center, the Park Kiosk, and the Agora. Tactile paving guides are installed along all paths leading to the SNFCC buildings and the Stavros Niarchos Park. Guide dogs are welcome in all areas of the SNFCC.
