Singer, actress and teacher. Born and raised in Heraklion, Crete. At the age of 18 she started studying voice at the Hellenic Conservatory of Music & Arts, Athens. She holds a degree in acting from Nellie Karra’s Arhi Drama School. Since 2007 she lives in Geneva (Switzerland), where she studies and teaches Greek language. She studies jazz and pop singing technique with Tim Welch (Vocal Studio of New York). She is a founding member and choirmistress of the Greek Song Choir of the Association pour les Musiciens Adultes Amateurs (Geneva), as well as professor of Greek folk song at the Geneva School of Ethnomusicology (Ateliers d’ethnomusicologie). She has performed and sung in many theatre productions, musicals and concerts in Greece and abroad.
