The Hellenic National Opera (ELO) has a certified Quality Management System for the implementation of co-funded projects in the area of procurement and services, as well as projects carried out using its own resources, in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015, and has established a Quality Policy appropriate to its operational context, which supports its strategic direction.
