The concert presents works in which the double bass moves beyond its traditional role as an accompaniment instrument to take center stage, as a carrier of speech, reflection, and dramatic presence. Through its deep expressive power, a new sound body is formed, capable of delivering a distinct musical narrative. Tradition is not annulled; it is transformed. The double bass abandons the shadow of accompaniment and steps into the spotlight of musical thought – where sound becomes a field of existential pursuit and poetic meditation.
