Following its grand tour to Greece and abroad, Future Cargo—a co-production between the GNO Ballet and The Place, London—will make its Athens debut at SNF Nostos 2026. Future Cargo is a sci-fi dance performance set inside a futuristic 40-foot haulage truck. Through an imaginative stage mechanism featuring dancers on a moving conveyor belt, and headphones that enhance the audience’s immersive sound experience, this work offers an original, experiential approach to modern dance. Designed exclusively for outdoor venues, Future Cargo expands the boundaries of stage narration and reaches a broad audience, combining artistic innovation with a directly accessible experience.
