Born in Athens in 1977. He studied at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris in the class of Gérard Frémy (under Yves Nat and Heinrich Neuhaus). He has repeatedly received awards in international piano and chamber music competitions in Greece, Italy, Germany, England and France. He has given recitals at Europe’s most renowned venues, toured in America and given masterclasses in USA universities as well as being the official pianist of the Operalia international competition, organised by Plácido Domingo. In his previous participation in the GNO Alternative Stage Piano Festival (2019), he was the soloist in Sergei Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto No. 2, collaborating with the Greek National Opera Orchestra. He has recorded for Greek and French Television and Radio. He is a professor at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Paris.
