Born in Athens, she studied piano and music theory in her hometown and continued postgraduate studies in film and television music composition at Kingston University (London). Upon her return to Greece she completed her orchestra conducting studies with Lukas Karytinos at the Athens Conservatoire (full scholarship for the last two years of studies). At the same time she attended additional master courses at the Prague Academy of Music. She has been working as a conductor since 2011. In Athens she has conducted such orchestras as the Athens State Orchestra, Thessaloniki State Orchestra, Greek National Opera Orchestra, Symphony Orchestra and Contemporary Music Orchestra of the Hellenic Broadcasting Corporation, Athens Municipality Symphony Orchestra. Moreover, she has conducted the Budapest Symphony MÁV in Hungary, the Northern Czech Philharmonic Orchestra and the Karlovy Vary Symphony in the Czech Republic. Ιn Bulgaria she has repeatedly conducted the Orchestra of the Stara Zagora State Opera, recently in La bohème. She is director at the Piraeus Conservatory.
