Βorn in Athens, she began her dance studies at Niki Kontaxaki Dance School and then she studied drama (Department of Theatre Studies, NKUA), dance (University of Nice Sophia-Antipolis, France) and choreography (Middlesex University, London). In 2006 she founded the Aerites contemporary dance company. She has toured in various dance festivals and venues around the world. Moreover, she has choreographed for theatrical performances and operas in collaboration with distinguished Greek and foreign artists. She is co-author of History of Theatre – Theatrical Education (2007, Greek Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs, Adult Educational Centre). She has been a modul-dance artist of the European Dancehouse Network and an associate artist of the Maison de la danse (Lyon, France). During 2020-2022 she was a member of the Athens Epidaurus Festival Board of Directors. She teaches dance and drama at the Leonteios School in Athens, where she also serves as cultural events consultant. She has taught choreography and improvisation in schools in Greece and abroad. In 2021 she founded the 1st Choreography Academy U(R)TOPIAS, an artistic project in collaboration with Eleusis European Capital of Culture.
